My students and I have requested specialty camera lenses, two battery replacements, a speed light flash, and other photography accessories. With the accessories we've requested, we'll be able to further train all of our students on new equipment and rely more heavily on student work than on professional photography or submitted photos. The equipment will last us years and years, supporting yearbook staffs for many classes to come. With the lenses in particular we'll be able to capture much higher quality photos of sporting events. The other accessories will allow students to broaden their photography horizons to truly capture their school year.
