The addition of technology would give my students a much needed boost of practice in math and reading. The apps are exciting and students are eager to learn when using technology in the classroom. In addition, using the IPAD is a reward in the classroom. Special Education students need to be motivated when learning. The IPAD is a great way for students to use apps that are educational and fun! Many of our students are still working on mastering their math facts. The IPAD will be a fun way to practice their addition, subtraction and multiplication skills. In addition, there are many reading apps that will track student's progress throughout the year. Many of my students who are struggling with reading, love listening to books on the IPAD. The IPAD will be such an exciting tool in the classroom. It warms my heart to see students enthusiastic about learning. With your help, you can be a part of this excitement!
