This program is new and emerging. My students need supplies to help them stay focused and calm throughout the day. If they are able to play with something, smell oils, or fidget with things, it helps them stay focused on school work. These materials also help them to stay calm. Especially when they are in General Education classrooms, the focus and calming nature of these materials is crucial. It just might be necessary for their success in school. The essential oils can be diffused while they are working on their homework and calm them down without them even knowing! Having something to play with while they read a book, can help them to stay focused. All of these materials can serve a very important purpose.
