We will be using these virtual reality viewers and iPod touches to be able to seeing amazing sights around our country and the world! A lot, if not most, of these students will never leave the state. Having these viewers for them will help them to see what is outside of WV will give them the opportunity to learn more about parts of our world that they didn't even know existed. It will open their eyes to bigger things and cause them to want to investigate what's around them. I want these kids to see that there is more around them than just mountains (which are equally as beautiful). They should be able to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa to the Great Wall of China to the tribes and villages in Africa. Please help us enhance our global awareness! Students will be downloading the app Google Cardboard to the iPod Touches and then can insert them into the viewers to "travel" around the world!

About my class
