Everyone remembers being cramped and uncomfortable at a desk when they were in school. I want to change that in my classroom. My goal is to motivate and engage my students more efficiently with flexible seating options. Research into flexible seating has shown that students are more attentive in the classroom. When students are happy they work harder and make better choices. It also allows those students who have a little extra energy to burn to get it out in a non-disruptive way. I want my students to be as successful as possible, and I believe making them comfortable with flexible seating options will allow that to happen. I am requesting for balance balls and floor cushions.
