My project has many activities and manipulatives that will help my students grow. My students are on a functional curriculum and learn colors, shapes, numbers, and letters. The number activity allows the students to match number to corresponding objects and words. The color sorting activity will help the students learn to group colors. The sorting shape activity allows the students to match shape to shape. Since I am a first year teacher, I do not have the materials my students need and these materials will really help my students further their education. I really need these materials for my classroom because I do not have much materials and I am in need of these to help my students grow!
