Cauliflower ear is one of the most common injuries for a wrestler. As the new head coach, I want to show my team that their safety is my number one concern. This team set of head gear may be something small for my wrestling team, but it will make a big lasting impression. In the past, my wrestlers did not have their own head gear to use at practice. They would grab one from an old set before their matches. These 20 head gears will be given to the wrestlers so that they will not only have them for their matches but for protection during practice, as well. Having a set of matching head gear will not only provide protection, it will also boost their spirits by looking like a team at both matches and tournaments. Whenever they go out on the mat, the crowd knows, "Those are the Red Rams!"
