The students in my class will benefit from having a classroom rug and extra laptops. These classroom supplies will help to create an intimate classroom environment conducive to learning during whole group and differentiated instruction time. During whole group time, the students will be invited to sit together on the rug to listen to read aloud stories, share opinions, and collaborate on ideas. The classroom laptops will be used to give students an opportunity to target areas of academic difficulties through the use of district recommended computer programs. The students will also be able to use the laptops for enrichment activities that target areas of academic strengths.
