Having these flexible seating options will help my students be able to move and wiggle while continuing to focus on their work. Many of my students have a hard time sitting still throughout the day and even though we take brain breaks and get up and move our bodies, many of my students work better when they have the opportunity to move while working rather than sitting in a normal chair. My students would greatly benefit from these flexible seating options on my classroom and this will help them to better focus.
