The whiteboards will be used for all subject areas and especially for math. Whiteboards give students an opportunity to participate in the lesson at all times, not just when they are called on by the teacher. The artistic supplies which will be purchased with your generous donation will be used by 100 fourth grade students this year for self expression, artistic growth, and cognitive development! Art has been shown to help students with cognitive plasticity and logical reasoning skills. I truly believe that these supplies will have a positive impact on the growth of these students this year, and for years to come!
