Teaching about environments and classifying animals is difficult when students are working with black and white copies of animals. Students just can't grasp the concept. These kits contain materials that will provide my students an opportunity to explore first-hand the features of each animal type. Not only will they master the concept of classification, but this information will stick with them for life! Each kit comes with cards for identification, samples of important features, magnifying lens and even replicas of skeletal structures! We simply don't have access to these materials right now, but they would make a significant difference in my teaching and my students' learning.
