Stompin' with STEM is an after-school program for students in grades 1-4. This club with focus on working with various activities and materials related to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. The K'Nex Bridge kit will feature students planning, designing and creating various types of bridges. The Zoobe Robot and Car kits will feature students working in groups to complete the designs. The younger students will be using a mouse maze, simple machines, Zoobe Connectors and Circuit Designs to explore STEM. Stompin' With STEM engages students and promotes exploring the engineering design process through the use of hands-on fun-filled activities. These activities facilitate creative problem solving, and critical thinking. Working as teams in the after-school club will help extend the learning experience beyond the classroom.
