Every student K-5 will benefit from the ability to make music with these tremendous instruments. My students are a diverse and energetic crowd! They love to get out of their seats and engage in hands-on activities in the classroom. I have also found that they are much more motivated and successful when they are out of their seats and moving around. Upon walking into my classroom for the first time last year, I found a small space loaded with desks and books but lacking in musical instruments and other supplies. Since then I have gotten rid of the desks and did my best to implement movement and music in our small space. However, we are still in need of music instruments to enhance learning.

About my class
