My second graders love to try new and exciting hands on projects. My goal is to encourage students to explore engineering, collaborate with their peers, and challenge their thinking. They love creating, and this project provides multiple opportunities to explore the sciences. With the Design & Build Engineering Centers, Stand-Up Magnetic Write & Wipe Center, and Engineer-A-Coaster Activity Kit, students will have opportunities to use STEM skills to build bridges, roller coasters, and create chain reactions. These students will get to go try new things. With materials like these, I hope to open my students' minds into new experiences for them to pursue now and in the future! I would love to get these students building!
