My students need a place to call their own when we come together for whole group, calendar time, or any discussion where all students should be together. They need designated areas where everyone will know where to go and which spot belongs to them. This carpet will cut down on the extra talking and bickering over where each child should be. This has been a constant problem in our classroom. I have tried putting tape on the carpet but it does not stay. The students pick it off or it just wears with time. A rug would be very beneficial and would allow us to focus more on learning!
