Mrs. Lance's classroom is an active, learning place, where students are encouraged to develop scientific processes and make valid, testable and relevant inquiries into the physical world around them. The students in this classroom come from a very diverse background, both in science exposure and general academic preparedness. Therefore it is the goal of this class to make connections between chemistry concepts and its direct application to the world around the students. To quote one on the students, " Even though I don't always get the grade I want, this class is my favorite class. I learn something new and interesting every day."
