My students learn to make lots of quality baked goods! It is hard without quality baking equipment. We make muffins, cookies, cakes, biscuits, and pizza! All from scratch! We will use the Oxo bowls everyday, and the pizza cutters will truly elevate our multiple pizza labs. I am always amazed by the changes in my students as the semester progresses; they go from nervous cooks to proud future chefs. And, the skills that I teach my students they will carry with them their whole lives. I love hearing how they went home over the weekend and baked or cooked a meal for their family!
