I deisre my students to dive deep into Expository Reading and Writing Curriculum by using classroom computers as a tool to support and extend their learning. My students are excited to read about topics such as "Tap Vs. Bottled Water", which is one of the ERWC modules. When asked the esential question, "How does this impact me?", students should think critically before making their decisions. Having immediate access to individual student computers will allow them the flexibility to research relevant texts and discover how they relate to their personal health and wellness. Information promotes informed decisions. I want my students to take their classroom learning to a new, healthy, personal level. Chromebooks in the classroom will help them to accomplish that!
