I have been doing some research on alternative seating that helps improve focus and attention. Many schools around the country have began making some changes to seating to not only improve focus and attention, but to improve overall health and wellbeing of their students. The balls that I have selected are much more financially doable than other seat options. It is my hope that these exercise balls will serve as a way to help strengthen students core muscle groups, and as research as shown, improve student focus and attention. I currently have 2 alternative seats that my most wiggly kids use more often. I have seen the benefit that these chairs have given them. They are able to lightly bounce while working at their seat.
