This year we are focousing on improving our writing! We are usuing the writers workshop model to create and publish new writing. My classroom caters to a large English Language Learner population. For some students writing a small paragraph in English is a huge accomplishment. Our writers publish their work multiple times a year and it would make them so happy if they could use a color printer to add text features to their writing projects as well as pictures. Printing in color would also help our English language learners acquire new vocabulary through vibrant images during our daily English Languages Development. I want my writers to be proud of their accomplishments and continue to create great work!
