As a new teacher, I have been concentrating a lot on getting quality content materials for my students. Over the last couple of years, I have bought lots of activities, games, stations, books, to the point that I feel my stations are rich in content and engagement. But at the end of this school year, I feel that it would help my students a lot if I could organize everything in a better way. My challenge for next year is to set everything up in a way that they can manage their stations, activities and educational games on their own. Luckily with the Seville Classics 15-Drawer Organizer Cart and the APLANET Clear Plastic Waterproof Envelopes, I will be able to set up my reading stations in a way that students will be able to go through them and find exactly want they need and in this way become more independent. Also, having worked with 4th graders and 3rd graders before, I realize this year all the wonders and challenges of teaching 2nd grade. Students love their teachers unconditionally and are much more motivated and energized, they really have this innate desire to concentrate and learn, but they are younger and their energy sometimes becomes an obstacle. Therefore, throughout the year I’ve thought about the importance of flexible seating. I feel it is also important to take flexible seating one step beyond and get something that we can move around more, even outside to our new and improved amazing garden! That’s why I feel the flexible seating that Bintiva round balance discs provide are another way in which our critical needs are taken care of and taken one step beyond.
