Students with learning disabilities frequently have stronger visual learning skills than auditory learning skills. In addition, many of our students are English Language Learners and need visuals to enhance vocabulary acquisition. Having this projector would allow us to interact with our learning by putting it right on the white board. The projector will be used in my room daily for phonics, writing and math groups. Students can have visual support for stories, watch educational and movement videos (GoNoodle) videos, and see examples of math concepts right in front of them. We have found that using these projectors as part of daily instruction increases student engagement and mastery of concepts.
