These supplies will be given to students who are unable to purchase reeds, oil and replacement strings. These reeds, instrument strings, rosin, valve oil, and swabs will keep instruments in working condition and help student to make fabulous music. All students should have the opportunity to learn a musical instrument. However to keep our instruments working we need oil and reeds, strings and rosin. By having these materials student's will be able to continue to participating in workshops, honor's groups and concerts. For some students, their music family is their safe place. Not only do they their learn music skills, but life skills. Not all students are able to afford the extra supplies that are necessary to maintain their instrument. By lifting this burden, students can focus on being a contributing member of our music family.
