I want my scholars to fall in love with reading and grow as learners because one day they will be the leaders of tomorrow. I believe that every student regardless of their socioeconomic status deserves access to high quality books, especially in their native language. It is important to expose my scholars to a wide range of literature so they can expand their understanding about the world around them. They will have the opportunity to see themselves in Ellen Ochoa or Sonia Sotomayor as they learn about their stories. With your donation, my scholars will make the necessary gains they need to be successful this year and beyond.

About my class
