Students in any foreign language classroom benefit from having access to multiple modes of input and transmission of the target language. To have tablets in our classroom, students would have greater opportunities to listen to and watch Spanish being spoken, allowing for increased comprehension. Having access to technology would bring this variety directly into the classroom. We were chosen to pilot a new online curriculum so consistent access is crucial. They will begin speaking Spanish with valuable software that gives critical feedback. The opportunity to listen to and and speak Spanish on a daily basis using multimedia tools would be a boom to our school. Tech in the classroom can lead to greater independent learning growth and confidence in the target language. Please consider supporting my campaign to bring Kindle tablets and headsets into the Spanish classrooms of our school.
