Students always want to take pictures and videos with their smart phone through the eyepiece of the telescope. This does not usually give a clear image. The revolution imager is able to show the telescope image on a 7 inch color monitor. This is very useful when there is a large number of students. It is then very easy for the students to take a picture of the focused object on the screen. With the Revolution Imager you can use a USB Video capture adaptor that allows you to capture images and videos using software like SharpCap. By using RegiStax, digital images of the sun, moon, planets, and deep sky object can be created. Imagine students creating their own astrophotography photos. Very exciting.
