Most of my students in speech-language therapy are multi-modality learners. This means they learn best using more than just the auditory modality (listening). They thrive on visual and tactile input. If I can tap into each of these modalities to help students learn, then they can grasp the foundational skills they need to be successful in the classroom. With an iPad, the kids can learn a concept through instruction and then see and feel the concept through exploration. Examples include: google, images, videos, apps, educational games. iPads can also be used as positive reinforcement to keep the students on task and motivated. Please gift us with an iPad and help all my kids learn to the best of their potential! Thank you immensely!
