Because they have financial disadvantages , my students do not have access to the basic supplies that is needed for their education. Simple things like a pen, highlighters, a dictionary are not accessible in their homes. We are focusing on writing and reading comprehension in my class, and without pens, highlighters, or dictionaries learning can become complicated. With the pens, highlighters, and dictionaries, students will have the proper tools to practice the strategies that are taught in class. With the laptops my students can access the internet to do research for their assignments. With these supplies along with reliable technology , my students would have the ability to reach their full potential . Having the essential needs for school is important in a student's growth and their education. If granted, I know this will have a positive impact on the students. .
