My first graders love to learn-- but sitting on hard school chairs at their desks for much of the day can get uncomfortable. Flexible seating options such as kid-sized yoga balls and low, bouncy stools can make seatwork much more comfortable and productive for them. The active seating allows kids to move while they work, and my firsties have a lot of energy! TheraPutty is thick, colorful putty that lets children build finger strength while having fun. Having something quiet to work in their hands can also be calming. This tool will give the children something calming to hold onto when they need to regulate their emotions. It's also a lot of fun!
