The theme for our school this year will focus on Peace, Love and Learning. I would like to reinforce this with a well-stocked classroom library. My goal is to have books on many different reading levels that emphasize kindness and empathy towards others. I envision my students reading these books with a buddy or small groups of classmates. My hope is that each student will get inspired by the story and want to share the book and story with a friend. My hope is that after reading these books, my students will be inspired to spread these feelings with kind words and actions within our classroom, our school and at their homes.
