My students really struggle with reading and staying focused on a book. My goal is to create an atmosphere that really gets my kids pumped about reading. I hand picked an awesome class library that includes some of my own favorites from growing up, as well as some new popular novels. I also found some really comfortable/fun seating options to help break up the monotony of sitting in a desk all day. I believe that having a great class library, complete with many book and seating options, will get my kids excited about literature. My students deserve to experience what it is like to truly get lost in a book and this project will help get them there.
