In the age of technology, it is crucial that teachers are able to stay one step ahead of students and feel comfortable and supported incorporating technology into every subject area to enrich and engage all types of learners. Apple products provide fun and interactive ways for students to work efficiently together to create, build and present their learning and thinking, while having fun! Making learning fun and engaging is a huge goal for teachers, and ipads are a great tool in reaching this goal. This donation would help students build social and technological skills that are crucial for this generation. We would also focus on the importance and how to's of caring for our technology and why it is important to treat our tools with care, building a sense of responsibility and accountability for their tools. Ipads are a great tool for our students with special needs and specific learning styles. We would be so grateful for any donations to our class. Thank you.
