Hello! My name is Sheri King and I teach PE at Jefferson Elementary School in Winston-Salem, NC! Thank you for visiting my page. I am planning really cool activities for my students this year and I would like to invite you to be a part of it. My goal is to help students better understand how their body burns energy and how they can see how hard they are working by measuring their heart rate. There are many ways to measure fitness but few are more accurate than a person's heart rate. The sooner kids understand the correlation between physical activity and heart rate the sooner they might find value in health and exercise!
