Today, children need to be technologically learned in order to be globally competitive. I believe if they start young, they will definitely be skillful in the future. I am teaching them vital skills to be productive and self sufficient in their future mainstreaming into society. Having these Chromebooks will definitely make a huge difference in their lives. They will have the opportunity to learn in various modalities for they will have access to the internet. Technology will make "learning rock" for them because young learners incorporate play with learning; that's how they learn best! Having these Chromebooks in the classroom will increase their engagement and motivation, therefore accelerating learning. Children with special needs will progress much with differentiation and personalized instruction. Having Chromebooks will help accommodate their learning goals. It will also help promote creativity in each discipline and will surely give them an edge with reading digital books and visiting websites that cater to their different needs.
