The materials requested are all basic needs our players will need to improve their skills, from beginners to the more advanced players. We focused on hitting equipment as many of my players have never seen fast pitch baseball other than on TV. The pitching machine balls will help with the players recognizing different pitches at different speeds while the bat, tees, pop up net, and soft toss machine will help us focus on their batting mechanics and improve hitting. The baseballs and gloves are everyday practice tools for hitting, fielding and throwing and the poly training balls will allow us to continue to practice indoors on rainy days. Obviously we need to protect our catchers on both the Varsity team and JV team with new catchers equipment.
