Having a document camera will allow all of my students to participate more fully in any lesson increasing their educational success. When sharing samples of work, watching an experiment, or examining anything close-up, the document camera projects it clearly for all students, no matter where they are sitting, to easily see it. No more students asking, "Where are we?, or "Can I move, I can't see that!" The document camera can project not only two dimensional items like maps, books, papers and pictures, but it can also project three dimensional materials including science experiments, math manipulatives, as well as demonstrations. Students can proudly share their work when they present their research reports. Since this camera is also wireless, I can carry it around the classroom to show examples of student work as the class completes an assignment. Knowing that their work may be displayed, will set in motion a classroom of students always striving to do better.
