In fifth grade, the students are becoming more aware of how technology can help them better understand the topics we are covering in class, such as, Earth's systems, Engineering design, and matter. They are very interested in doing research and being scientists in the classroom. I want my students to be able to expand on their learning and do a lot more research projects that involve STEM. I want to be able to give my students the opportunity to express their thinking and expand on their learning. They are eager to learn and ready for a challenge. I believe that teaching them STEM, they can be ready for the future in a society that now depends so much on technology. I look forward to seeing their knowledge in science grow.

About my class
