Our students are struggling readers that deserve the opportunity to read books that have characters with struggles, and joys that are similar to them. By funding this project, my students will be able to read books that they can relate to! All the students in our school have a chance to visit the "Book Nook" in the morning and check out books. By funding this project, my students will be able to check out books that they can relate to and use those stories to unlock engagement and enjoyment of reading.
