Six years ago I began an incredible journey of teaching elementary physical education. The first three years I was in survival mode. At the time, I was recovery from non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I am in my fifth year of complete remission. My job as an educator is to be an agent of change and to develop physically literate individuals who have the knowledge, skills and confidence to enjoy a lifetime of healthful physical activity.

About my class
