Studies indicate that nothing prepares our students better for College and Career Readiness than real world scenarios in the classroom. The Stock Market Game is a simulation of the real world of investing. Participating in this simulation will utilize math skills, reading, analytical thinking, and decision making. Playing the Stock Market Game will result in my students' improved attendance, engagement, and participation in class. My students live in a high poverty area and their eyes sparkled and they were full of questions as I mentioned the Stock Market game to them. Please donate today to our project for fees for 23 teams so my students can improve their financial literacy skills.
