The selected books will be used to create a dialogue about who we are as individuals and how decisions we make are affected by our life experiences. The book, Stamped will serve as the historical lens for students to get connected with the history and what is happening in today's society. I strive to create a safe space in our virtual learning environment so all students understand that their voices matter and I commit to holding space for everyone to be valued and affirmed. The books will be used both for in-person learning and virtual learning.
