Aloha! I'm a scientist and former cancer researcher turned high school science teacher. I love science and teaching and I'm so excited to have the opportunity to combine the two. I currently work at a public high school with high student diversity and mixed socio-economic background. Many of my students struggle to afford the most basic things in life. To give these students an equal opportunity to basic science education I would like to introduce them to the world of science which I know so well. This requires more basic science equipment and setting up a basic lab for them. Please consider funding my projects and let the children of Hawai'i learn science though hands-on activities. Mahalo!
