My students are enthusiastic about learning, however, their available resources are limited. As readily available as technology is, I teach low-income students who only get to experience technology hands-on at school. They will greatly benefit from virtual labs with iPads. I have partnered with the high school students/teachers who are willing to engage my students with science projects via technology. Collaboration is important for students to have a quality experience in education. Our society thrives on technology, and we eat, live, and breathe science daily (literally) and I'm desperate to make that connection for my students. Also, when doing hands-on activities, I want my students to be as safe as possible by using goggles and having a first aid kit.
