I am a highly educated and motivated licensed teacher and desperately trying to motivate and inspire students who come from the deep inner city trenches. My current school assignment has me teaching at what was once considered the worst school in our state in 2006. The school has completely changed and our school's main vision is to send every student to college. Students who were once expected to dropout and or join their peers on the streets are now in the hands of administrators and teachers like myself who will not allow these kids to fail in school and or in life.
