Roughly 40% of my students are reading 1-2 grade levels below third grade. We struggle to find texts that are engaging and interesting for my students because they are still developing foundational reading skills in third grade. iPads will allow us to access leveled readers through RAZ kids that are exciting for my students. With this technology, students will be able to build confidence, reading skills and a love of reading as they read texts at their independent level on a daily basis. As we grow as readers and learners, the technology will allow students to document their learning via Imovie and apps such as Seesaw and Explain Everything. Your generous donation will add excitement and learning to our third grade inclusion classroom.
