Chromebooks will help with our computer student station that has only one working computer, two are broken. Students will use the Chromebooks to access the internet for learning in Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, and Math. Due to their limited resources, many students do not owe a computer or have internet access. Chromebooks will be used as a tool for research but also to create commercials, cartoon strips, posters, plays, floor plans, science experiments and research papers. The books in our classroom are outdated and some of the information is incorrect therefore internet access is crucial for their learning. Having access to the internet will allow my students to have more resources available to them. Chromebook will also give my students access to a variety of sites like Quizlet, NEWSELA, and Khan Academy. In the 21st century technology is everywhere, I want to prepare my students' to explore and see the world and how they will be able to give back to society and be productive citizens. I see the future in these students', I envision them doing great things.
