This year will be my first year teaching an intermediate grade. One of the best things about teaching is instilling a lifelong passion for reading in my students. I would like to stock my new classroom, in a new district, with books that will spark a love of reading in them. I researched all the current series 5th graders love and choose a variety of books and authors to spark their varying interests. I will take the time to level the books so they are able to choose books they can read independently with success. With your generous support, we can show 29 kids how to fall in love with reading.
