My students are loving, kind, respectful and eager learners with a desire to be the best that they can be. They come to school with the mindset to master all of their subjects skills with an above average grade. They enjoy technology and hands on activities, which allows them to reach their learning goals. Creating projects in class and at home with families is a struggle sometimes due to the fact that there's a lack of supplies. I strive to purchase most of their needed materials when possible. My students demonstrate daily that they are going be college ready by the time they graduate high school. Most of them are from backgrounds that require lots of support from our school and communities. In class they work well with each other in collaborative groups, which are diverse; socially, emotionally, physically and mentally. My students are wonderful learners with a desire to be the best for their communities.
