I am entering my second year of teaching, after following my dream and completing my degree so that I can work with young children. I am so thrilled to be teaching 5th grade science-it is my mission to support and inspire students to develop their abilities and find the joy in learning. I am dedicated to bringing hands-on learning experiences in the classroom. This year I am starting a STEM club that will provide more opportunities for the students at my school. Funding for materials and supplies will be an integral part of the success of this club, and will possibly ignite a future generation of scientists. I am grateful to Donors Choose for supporting teachers and students as they embrace their passion and begin to recognize their potential.
