My first grade students are learning to read! This is of course the foundation of all learning. These tablets will help with reading, social studies, science, AND math skills. I can load educational apps for reading practice to increase fluency. Math apps can also be loaded to help students learn addition, subtraction, place value and much much more. Math has many abstract concepts that can be difficult for 1st graders. Maths apps that are hands on will help the skills become more concrete. Students can also use the tablets to make history come to life, and Science can become relevant through various educational websites. So, please consider helping my kids out! I know they will benefit greatly from these tablets, and I would greatly appreciate the gifts!
